Neve's Story

I learned early that food had an important place in my life, but it took me a while to learn just how important.

As a young girl, my mom introduced me to climbing and skiing. Mom was my role model for adventure. She went trekking in Nepal for a month and came home to host a huge dinner party showing pictures from her trip, showering her friends with love in the form of food and shared adventure. Together, mom and I drove home from ski mountains across the northeast and stopped at the best bakeries we could find. That's when my first business idea came to me - I wanted to open up a bakery that served pie in a mountain town. Just pie.

Now that I'm a dedicated endurance athlete, taking my mom backcountry skiing and mountain biking, I recognize the role reversal and the incredible gift she gave me. She taught me, as a female athlete, I am very capable. And as it turns out, I'm also very hungry.

What I love about these sports is that they inspire your truest self. Athleticism is an intimate form of self expression.

For me, mixing my passion of endurance sports and food quickly took over my brain. I needed to eat more and I needed to eat well, or else my stomach would churn. So I experimented over and over and over again.

That's how Neve was born, right here in Vail, Colorado! Neve is many things and as my friends know, there is nothing I love more than feeding them. So with Neve, I can always deliver food to the people I love - that's you!

Neve was meticulously designed with much care and intention and the ingredients are intentionally unique and purposeful. Like, what even is a boysenberry?
