Cocoa naturally contains caffeine. There is about 8.34 mg of caffeine in a single unit of Tart Cherry Cacao. For comparison, a cup of coffee can contain anywhere from 95–200 mg of caffeine.

A boysenberry is a hybrid fruit created by crossing a blackberry, raspberry, and loganberry. It has a deep maroon color, a sweet-tart flavor, and is often described as juicier and tangier than its parent berries.

Boysenberries are commonly used in jams, desserts, syrups, and Neve, and they’re also enjoyed fresh when in season.

Tart Cherry Cacao has 5 grams of added plant protein. The protein is pea and rice protein, meaning it's a complete source of protein.

Boysenberry Beet does not have any added protein. This flavor is designed to be quicker energy.
