We made Neve to go down easy when you're working hard. If it doesn't sit right with you, we'll give you your money back.
How it works
Take Neve out on a real workout. If it upsets your stomach, email us at nora@eatneve.com within 30 days of your order being delivered. Include your order number and a quick note on what happened. We'll refund you in full. No need to send anything back.
The details
- The guarantee covers your first order from eatneve.com, including a first subscription order.
- One refund per customer or household.
- Refunds cover the full amount you paid for the product [and shipping]. They go back to your original payment method within [5–7] business days of approval.
- If your first order was a subscription, we'll refund it and cancel your subscription, unless you'd like to keep it going.
- The guarantee applies to purchases made directly on eatneve.com. It doesn't cover purchases from Amazon, retailers or events.
- We reserve the right to decline claims that appear fraudulent or abusive.
