Neve Makes Outside’s Favorite New Outdoor Gear List!
Nora FiermanBig news: Neve just landed a spot on Outside’s list of favorite new gear from the Switchback trade show!
Last week, we headed to the Switchback trade show in Nashville, a new gathering of outdoor brands, retailers, and innovators. This was Neve's first trade show, so I was nervous but excited to see what the reaction would be like.
Outside was strolling around the trade show, checking out hundreds of new products, when they stopped at my booth and started asking questions.
They then included Neve in their roundup of the best new outdoor gear to keep an eye out for this year.
“To fill the gap, she invented her own smoothie pouches that are loaded with all the stuff you need for big, all-day outings like naturally sourced carbs, fats, and sodium, plus tons of other beneficial ingredients found in beets and boysenberries. We tried a few pouches at the show, and they are delicious, so no one should have a problem downing a couple to prevent bonking.
Why this matters
Neve was built to solve a real problem: athletes need better food, without sacrificing nutritional standards. Plus, bars just aren't good. Our smoothie pouches are shelf-stable, resealable, and crafted by me, an endurance athlete and a registered dietitian. They're designed to support energy, endurance, and recovery, whether you're climbing, skiing, or biking across a ridge at 12,000 feet.
Being included in Outside’s favorite picks confirms what we already believed: there’s room (and a real need) for functional, convenient, plant-based nutrition made by and for athletes.
Haven’t tried Neve yet?
Here’s what you need to know:
- Boysenberry Beet = natural carbs + antioxidants for quick, sustained energy
- Tart Cherry Cacao = 5g complete plant protein + tart cherry for recovery
- 100% plant-based, gluten-free, resealable, and shelf-stable
Neve isn’t just another snack. Neve is reinventing what it means to fuel as an athlete, no matter where you are.
Thanks for cheering us on. This little pouch has big dreams, and we’re just getting started.
